How long can I park my vehicle for?

We offer parking from 1 month to 1 year. Both medium and long term parking benefits from a complimentary shuttle service to the terminal. Long term parking clients benefit from unlimited access to their vehicle and shuttle service, they can drop off and collect their vehicles as often as they like - ideal for commuters, airline staff, and large families alike.

How does the medium term service work?

It is very easy; all you need to do is reserve your space online or by telephone. Once you arrive at our compound you will be greeted by our friendly staff and checked in. We will then take you to your terminal. Usually this entire process is completed within 5 minutes. Upon your return, simply call us to arrange your collection. Once collected by the complimentary shuttle service, we then take you back to the compound to collect your vehicle.

Do I need to reserve a space prior to arriving, and if so why?

It is not imperative, though it is highly recommended. We recommend reserving before you arrive mainly so we may prepare your parking space and contract beforehand. This speeds up the check-in process and we are able to get you to the airport more efficiently.

How does the long term parking service work, and how long is "Long term"?

Once you take out a long term contract, all you are required to do is reserve your collections and drop offs for the complimentary shuttle. Once you arrive at our compound we will take you to your terminal, and when you return we will collect you. Long term parking is any period longer than 6 months.

How many visits are long term clients allowed?

As we are so close to the airport we uniquely offer one collection or drop off per week for long term parking clients. This service is ideal for frequent visitors, commuters, and airline staff. Other car parks limit the use of their shuttle service to around one per month, this is where we are different. The service can be used by you, your family, or friends can use it as regularly as you require.

How close are you to the airport?

Our main compound is situated adjacent to the airport entry road. We are the first compound on the Torrellano road, a mere 250 metres from the airport facility. As we are so close and on the same side as the terminal, the shuttle is able to arrive at the terminal very efficiently. We are not required to go onto the main road or have to go to El Altet to change direction like the majority of the parking companies. This saves a lot of time and our clients are therefore normally collected within 5 minutes of calling us.

How and when do I pay?

You can either pay by credit card by telephone or bank transfer upon booking, whichever you prefer.

What other services do you offer?

While you are away we can have your vehicle professionally cleaned, outside and inside. We can also I.T.V. your vehicle if required, and in the future we will be offering a tyre replacement service and vehicle servicing.

Can you transfer babies or wheelchair users?

We are currently unable to transport children under 3 or people with wheelchairs, therefore we recommend either dropping them off prior to your arrival at the compound, or with prior arrangement we can take you in your own vehicle, avoiding you the inconvenience of unpacking the car.
